When you contact us. Through the contact form: your name, email address, company (optional), the service you are interested in and your message. By email or phone: the information you choose to share.
When you become a client. Your contact details, billing details (name, company, address, tax information if relevant), the content and materials you provide for your project, and the access credentials you share with us for the work. We also keep our correspondence, proposals, invoices and payment records.
When you visit the website. Our hosting provider automatically processes technical data needed to deliver the website securely, such as your IP address, browser type, the pages requested and the date and time of access.
We do not collect payment card details. Payments are processed by banks and payment providers, which apply their own privacy policies.
